Silk Road Economic Belt and Marine Silk Road are initiatives promoted by Xi Jinping, Chairman of PRC as a new form of cooperation between China, countries in Central Asia and Russia. It will enable the countries located along “one belt, one road” to develop their transportation and energy capabilities.
