We have translated about 1M words from Russian into Chinese of the Russian Construction Rules and Regulations (so called “SNiP”) for the oil and gas industry. The translation was made by native speaking Chinese translators. With the used CAT tool, we helped the customer to save about 50% of the translation cost.
The project featured the highest complexity due to strong technical terminology. The Chinese translators worked together with our in-house translators who helped them with the terminology and understanding. The project was completed within two months.
